Trane’s Computerized Zoning System is designed to heat or cool your home, only in the areas, that need a temperature adjustment. By zoning your home you can down-size the capacity of the heating and air conditioning system, because you are not heating or cooling the whole house at the same time. The system follows the heat gain, or heat loss, around the house, and only adjusts the temperature in the areas that have a gain or loss. A zoning systems is like having a separate heating and air conditioning system in each area that is zoned. The zoning is designed to increase your comfort at a reduced operating cost.

Trane’s Evaporator Coil is one of the most important components. Without a matched coil your system will not produce the maximum efficiency. The coil is installed on the delivery end of the furnace, or air handler. Foil insulated, Two-Way, Sloped, Non-corrosive, Easy Access, External Service Port.

OPTIONAL COMPONENTS

Trane’s Electronic Air Cleaner is designed to produce a clean living environment. This system is ideal for allergy suffers. The Electronic Air Cleaner will remove 99.9% of all airborne partials.

Follow the flow:

· Large Partials are trapped on a pre-filter.

· Smaller Partials flow through the pre-filter to a cell where they are hit by an electrical charge.

· Charged partials adhere to oppositely charged plates.

· Cleaned air is circulated back through your home.

· The operating cost is less than 40 watt light bulb.

Trane’s Computerized Control System has been designed to produce the most comfort anytime of the day or night. You just program the Control Systems to automatically produce the result you want, based on your personal schedule. The system can be programmed for every day of week. Once your system is programmed it will continue to produce the desired result until you make changes.
